Ch a i rman Lee Hyun-seok, the representative of Chamsaem Co., Ltd. and the president of the Korea Ed­ucation and Culture Insti­tute, was born in 1955 as the fourth child among two sons and two daughters in Jung-ri, Miwon-myeon, Chungc­heongnam-do, which is con­sidered a beloved hometown among Koreans.

During the Korean War, the situation in Korea was diffi­cult, and his family's living conditions were inevitably challenging.Since farming was not productive in the deep mountainous area, they relied on potatoes in the summer and sweet potatoes in the winter as their staple food, but even that was not enough to satisfy their hunger. At that time, only five people from the same neighbor­hood graduated from elementa­ry school, and it was a difficult time where only one person was able to advance to middle school.

Young Lee Hyun-seok felt a sense of desperation, thinking 'If I don't study, I won't be able to keep up with other peo­ple.' As a result, he developed a strong determination and worked hard, earning recog­nition as a promising young person in his neighborhood. During his elementary school years, Lee Hyun-seok's parents supported him in his studies with the determination to raise him as an outstanding son, just like their youngest child. In gratitude for their support, Lee Hyun-seok did not disap­point his parents' hopes and achieved excellent grades in middle and high school and then, After entering the law school at Sungkyunkwan University and preparing for the judicial exam, CEO Lee Hyun-seok worked for a media company for 10 years.He estab­lished a construction company and is currently leading the business as the representative of Chamsaem Co., Ltd.

Furthermore, Mr. Lee has been attending numerous exhi­bitions in countries such as Ja­pan, China, and Europe, where he proactively learns and re­searches advanced technologies from leading developed coun­tries. He introduces these busi­ness plans into Chamsaem Co., Ltd., engaging in transactions with various business partners and expanding the company's business scope, including collab­orations with large corporations.
