이갑수 기자 최진식 한국중견기업연합회 회장은 15일 웨스틴조선서울에서 열린 ‘제9회 중견기업인의 날 기념식’에서 “민간주도성장을 천명한 정부의 기업 경영 환경 개선 노력이 킬러규제 혁파 등으로 빠르게 이어지고 있는 것은 매우 바람직하다”라면서, “환경, 노동은 물론 제반 영역에 있어서 기업과 근로자가 직접 토론하고, 해법을 찾을 수 있는 환경을 조성하는 데 지혜를 모아야 할 것”이라고 말했다. 최회장은 또한, “대부분의 기업 활동에 확대된 국가의 영향을 축소해 기업의 활력과 자율성을 끌어올려야 한다”라며, “국가 성립의 기본 조건인 국부를 생산하는 핵심 주체가 기업이라는 자명한 사실을 직시해야 할 것”이라고 강조했다. 최 회장은 “민간주도성장을 천명한 정부의 기업 경영 환경 개선 노력이 킬러규제 혁파 등으로 빠르게 이어지고 있는 것은 매우 바람직하다”라면서, “환경, 노동은 물론 제반 영역에 있어서 기업과 근로자가 직접 토론하고, 해법을 찾을 수 있는 환경을 조성하는 데 지혜를 모아야 할 것”이라고 덧붙였다. 올해 3월 30일 상시법으로 전환된 ‘중견기업 특별법’이 10월 19일 시행된 이후 첫 번째로 열린 이날 기념식에는 한덕수 국무총리, 장영진 산업통상자
